  • LogIQ Curve will not disclose, share, or sell Client data without prior written consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • LogIQ Curve will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our maximum liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
  • LogIQ Curve may terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms.
  • Upon termination, the Client must settle all outstanding payments, and any incomplete deliverables will be provided on a pro-rata basis.

9. Compliance with Laws

  • LogIQ Curve complies with all applicable international regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and relevant industry standards.
  • Clients must ensure their use of our services complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably through good-faith negotiations.
