7. Limitation of Liability
- LogIQ Curve will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Our maximum liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
- LogIQ Curve may terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms.
- Upon termination, the Client must settle all outstanding payments, and any incomplete deliverables will be provided on a pro-rata basis.
9. Compliance with Laws
- LogIQ Curve complies with all applicable international regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and relevant industry standards.
- Clients must ensure their use of our services complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
10. Dispute Resolution
