Qualifications & Skills Required

✅ Prompt Engineering & AI Optimization:

  • Experience in designing and refining AI prompts for text, image, and code generation.
  • Strong understanding of tokenization, embeddings, and transformer-based models.
  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated responses and enhance prompt efficiency.

✅ NLP & AI Model Understanding:

  • Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and LLMs.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) is a plus.

✅ Programming & Development:

  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Ability to integrate APIs and AI tools into applications.
  • Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Flask, FastAPI) is a plus.

✅ Testing & Evaluation:

Educational Background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field.

  • Experience with cloud AI services (AWS AI, Azure Cognitive Services, Google AI).
  • Familiarity with vector databases & retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
